David’s journey into brand experiences started when he was 16 years old, hosting house parties for school friends. That passion for bringing people together never left and it created a career that took him across the globe delivering for clients like PlayStation, British Airways, Pepsi and more. Then in 2020, he started to dream bigger, about what an experiential agency could be and founded Nobody’s Café. A brand experience collective that is inspired by the power of creativity to bring people together. Since launching, Nobody’s Café has become an award-winning agency, delivering global experiential activations for brands such as Amazon, Netflix, Spotify, trivago and more.

Melissa is the Head of Sponsorship & Events for Santander UK. She has delivered award winning global brand experiences and sponsorship activations for Santander, Sony Mobile/Sony Ericsson, Sony, Shell, L'Oreal, Budweiser, Jack Daniels, and Disney to name just a few. Her passion for the industry led her to co-found Elevate, the UK's largest mentoring program for the events industry, which has now supported over 1,500 event professionals in their career development. She also regularly guest lectures at several universities helping inspire the next generation of event professionals.
