Team QEII

Since the venue closed in March, the majority of our workforce has been working remotely. However, the team ethos remains and we have adapted our offering to include more hybrid and virtual offerings. Our sales team has made continued efforts to secure client confidence and trust against a challenging backdrop. It has liaised closely with clients and with other departments to postpone, or amend events. Negotiations over fees and dates have been ongoing to determine the best outcome for our clients, despite government restrictions. As a team, they manage the diary together to ensure this will work. This has resulted in 60% of planned events being postponed, rather than cancelled, which is well-above the industry standard.

The main aim has been to retaining current clients, but we have won new business, including Channel 4, who used QEII to shoot a client event featuring Siobhan McSweeney of Derry Girls.
