Loved innovating our business strategy: Creating our own bespoke virtual experiential platform – VXi (Virtual Experience Innovation) – allowed us to develop virtual brand worlds and events for the likes of American Express, Microsoft, Samsung, Janssen, Merck Healthcare and Chevrolet worldwide.
Loved collaborating with innovators to drive greater diversity: Committing to programmes like AdFellows UK created new jobs for those from BAME backgrounds. We also supported initiatives like 40 Over Forty – driving awareness of age discrimination in our industry – while the Creative Equals Accelerate programme helped us upskill senior staff to effectively diversify leadership roles.
Loved finding new ways of working: From virtual desk and wellbeing audits, to increasing flexibility across the teams and investing in Mental Health initiatives, we strove to support our staff as they started working remotely.
Loved winning new business in new ways: Using technology like Smart Stages brought our creative solutions and storytelling capabilities to life. 10 new client wins later, we are now delighted to welcome the likes of Samsung, Novartis, Renault, Bundesliga, Nespresso and J&J to the fold.
