Imagination

This has been a challenging 18 months for our whole industry, we’re proud to have successfully reshaped our future, diversified our business through new and existing growth opportunities in our four core offers, creating world-class experiences for our clients. Whilst also focusing on the development of our people and attracting new talent. We undertook several initiatives throughout 2020-2021 to evolve and progress the Imagination business: We re-launched our positioning and website to better reflect and celebrate our core offers and creative capabilities. Restructured to facilitate a more agile, efficient and collaborative way of working that maximises the creative diversity within the agency. Further investment in our strategic IP programme to add rigour to our thinking and engage a new cohort of clients.

We’ve collaborated with a DE&I partner to support our ongoing journey and long-term improvement and formed a DE&I board. Placed a renewed focus on our sustainability strategy with measurable goals and objectives. Our client diversification has been extremely successful, adding 20+ new brands to our portfolio. We now work across more sectors than ever, from strategic consultancy for countries to delivering standout engagement for brands in both b2c and b2b markets. And we’ve made strategic hires, Tom Gray, Chief Strategy Officer (Global) and Philomena Gray, Chief People Officer (Global). Two agency awards – Campaign Agency of the Year, EMEA, Brand Experience Agency Creativepool Annual Awards, Independent Agency of the Year (people's choice) award. Shortlisted in Campaign’s Agency of the Year for UK & US 2021.
