She has spent over 20 years connecting brands with audiences through the power of their passions. Her career spans award-winning campaigns for Santander, Sony Ericsson, Sony Mobile, Budweiser, L'Oreal, Jack Daniel's, Disney and many other iconic brands. Melissa has also delivered activations across some of the world's most prestigious platforms and partnerships, including Formula 1, Atlassian Williams Racing, Scuderia Ferrari, UEFA Champions League, Santander Cycles and the FIFA World Cup. She is known for building experiences that inspire, engage and create lasting impact. Beyond her corporate work, Melissa is the co-founder of Elevate Mentoring, a UK-wide mentoring and development programme that has supported more than 2,500 people in the events industry with their career development.
