Verve
Over the past 12 months, Verve fundamentally evolved how its event team thinks, operates and delivers. Strategic leadership appointments, a restructured team model, and a renewed focus on purpose-led experience design transformed both output and performance. The result was not just better work, but more resilient delivery, stronger client trust and a year without a single major delivery issue escalating to client leadership. Key senior appointments reshaped the team’s impact. Mike Kettles stepped into the studio leadership role, redefining creative ambition and standards. Michael Pring joined as Global Client Development Director, strengthening senior client partnerships and upstream strategic influence. Alongside this, Verve doubled down on strategy, embedding it deeper into briefs, client relationships and delivery planning, ensuring events were designed with clearer intent and measurable outcomes. Operationally, Verve’s pod-based team structure reduced handovers, accelerated decision-making and created stronger accountability across delivery teams. Juniors developed faster, teams collaborated more effectively under pressure, and peak delivery periods were managed without burnout. This evolution supported delivery at greater scale across Ireland, the UK, Europe, Singapore and the US, while maintaining exceptional consistency. Client satisfaction remained high, internal engagement strengthened, and Verve delivered a year of complex, diverse, high-profile events without compromise. This entry reflects a team that didn’t just win once, but learned, evolved and proved why it deserves to win again.
