The Lost Dimensions

Bearded Kitten

Client: Beavertown

The Lost Dimensions was Beavertown’s debut immersive Halloween event, delivered as a ticketed, narrative-led experience across five nights at Kachette, Shoreditch, from 28 October to 2 November.

Designed as a six-room journey, the experience combined live performance, set build, lighting, sound and interaction to bring the brand’s world to life. Guests moved through six distinct environments, each with its own theme and storyline, led by performers and structured around participation rather than observation. The event was created to establish Beavertown as a credible presence in the immersive Halloween space, an area crowded with short-term pop-ups. The Lost Dimensions was built to fill that gap, introducing a scalable concept capable of returning year-on-year. Alongside the ticketed experience, a publicly accessible Beavertown bar operated throughout the run. DJs, extended opening hours and branded retail broadened the activation’s reach beyond ticket holders and positioned the venue as a wider Halloween destination. In its first year, the experience sold out, welcoming 716 ticketed guests, with an additional 682 visitors attending the public bar. Influencer content generated over 1.4 million views, supported by out-of-home media and national press coverage. Audience feedback was strong, with 94% five-star reviews and consistent praise for production quality, performance and originality. Industry recognition followed, with The Lost Dimensions ranked #4 in Campaign’s Top Ten Live Experiences of 2025. As a debut event, it exceeded performance expectations and established a clear foundation for a long-term Halloween platform.
