In 2022, we grew our headcount by 40%, delivered over 350 experiences across five continents and rapidly evolved our service offering to include hybrid experiences, creative strategy, moving image and measurement. In our internal culture and client work, we continue to drive sustainability, mental health and diversity, equity and inclusion. Smyle now includes a creative content studio, Dreamlike State, and an internal communications agency, Powered By Humans. These two great additions sit alongside NJLive, which specialises in gaming events, and Sports Presentation Company, a global sports event & fan engagement agency. We have delivered breathtaking projects in the last twelve months and created outstanding, content-driven experiences. We continued our journey with long-time clients, including Samsung, Red Bull, Wella and Tik Tok. We took Meta to Davos for their 2022 World Economic Forum activation, and for JLL, we turned their EMEA Conference into a Night at the (Science) Museum in London. By meeting our growth and profit targets and growing and diversifying our client base, we reinforced our commitment to being an ambitious, innovative and resilient agency. We will continue pushing the boundaries of creativity in 2023 and position Smyle as the destination agency for the bravest clients and industry-leading talent.
