2025 was a year of unprecedented momentum, propelling us into new markets, industries and clients, fuelled by bold creative ambition. We retained all our clients and won six new ones, including Red Bull, eBay and The New York Times. A major highlight was delivering TikTok’s largest calendar event, LIVE Fest, then securing the second 2026 edition after a fiercely competitive pitch. International work, including projects for Back Market and Amazon, accounted for 30% of revenue, while our expanded service offering led to a 360° multi-sensory concept for Netflix’s Upfront in New York. With a rise in US activations, we laid the groundwork to open our first international office in New York, accelerating global expansion. We hired 5 new roles, bringing our team to 37, including a Head of Operations and an Account Director to support growth and diversify our expertise. Throughout our growth, we’ve stayed grounded in what matters most: a culture where people thrive, proven by an 83% team happiness score, up 13% year-on-year.
