Seed is a female-led, B Corp-certified brand experience agency built to help brands matter in culture and deliver the metrics to prove it. We create ambitious live experiences across sport, music and retail, with a deep specialism in youth culture.

Our work spans global partnerships and grassroots activations alike. In the past year, the team delivered experiences for Revolut across the NBA Paris Games, festivals and Manchester City Women, alongside lululemon Club600, Adobe Express Back to School (UK & US), Taco Bell’s Tuk Tuk Tour and Happy Socks. This output is driven by a 26-person, highly collaborative team that delivered £5.35m in turnover across 102 activations last year. Strategy, creative, production and leadership are tightly integrated, keeping senior thinking close to delivery and enabling fast, confident decisions. With 50% of the team Gen Z and 33% progressing through our New Wave programme, Seed is embedded in the culture it helps brands show up in. In a year defined by change, we proactively strengthened our positioning, refined how we do things and delivered commercial growth without sacrificing culture or creativity. The result is work that is creative and culturally sharp, runs smoothly on the ground and performs commercially. For a team of this size, the scale of creative impact continues to outperform expectations of its size.
