Over the past two years, Seed has worked with Revolut to bring its partnerships to life across Europe, from music festivals in Hungary and France, to the WSL in the UK and the NBA across France, Germany and the UK. These are spaces built for fun, energy and escape, not financial decision-making, so the challenge was finding ways to introduce Revolut without breaking the moment. Every activation needed its own solution, shaped by local culture and live-event realities, while still feeling unmistakably Revolut.

Seed led with participation, not messaging. Instead of telling people about Revolut, we built experiences into moments they already cared about, turning engagement into entertainment and letting sign-up happen naturally, on the audience’s terms. This allowed Revolut to show up credibly across very different environments, from festival fields to stadiums and fan zones. The results speak for themselves. Card distribution and sign-ups consistently beat benchmarks, with up to 30% of eligible audiences converting into cardholders. More importantly, strong delivery built trust. Scopes grew year on year, new international markets were added without increasing budgets, and Seed continues to work with Revolut on future partnership opportunities
