That’s how Kru was recently described, and it captures everything you need to know about our approach. We are highly selective in our casting and fiercely protective of the brands we represent. We look after our people, pay them well and faster than anyone else. As a result, we have over 7,500 people on our waiting list just to join our books. We believe great brand experiences are built by great people who feel valued, prepared and proud to represent. With roots in theatre and performance, we bring presence, energy and professionalism to every live moment. Last year was all about community-powered growth, deepening trust and strengthening long-term relationships. We invested in training through Kru Academy, expanding flexible learning formats from podcasts and bite-sized modules to in-person role play. Designed for busy schedules and inclusive learning styles, including for neurodiverse learners, our downloadable audio sessions help teams learn on the go. On one sales-focused campaign, this contributed to a 10% uplift in sales. We are beyond proud of the community we have built and the sense of belonging our teams feel. In our 21st year, we continue to raise the bar by staying relevant, listening closely to our people and giving them what they need, in the way they want it, so they can be at their best.
