Bearded Kitten delivered its most ambitious year in 2024/25, proving that creative excellence and operational scale can thrive together. With a 45-strong multidisciplinary team spanning creative, production, build, and operations, the agency executed 104 live experiences across every experiential format: B2B conferences, immersive experiences, sampling tours, and our first permanent attraction.

Performance was our best yet: 26% profit growth, 23% increase in client billings, and 20% growth in new business revenue. Major new client wins spanned entertainment, FMCG, and technology sectors, with client retention hitting 92% through consistent account expansion. Standout work included Netflix's Stranger Things Season 5 fan activation, Beavertown's sold-out ticketed experience The Lost Dimensions (#4 in Campaign's Top 10 Live Experiences 2025), and the agency's first permanent installation at Battersea Power Station. Culture remained central: 88% staff retention, 20% internal promotions, and 66% female senior leadership. The year concluded with two milestones - moving into our first owned Farringdon HQ and acquisition by Havas Play UK - cementing global reach while preserving the agency's creative identity.
