2025 was our strongest year creatively and commercially. While much of the industry tightened belts, we delivered 104 experiences across immersive, sampling and permanent attractions with creativity at the heart of everything we built.

We own our process end-to-end. With a 45-strong team and 19,000 sq. ft. production studio, we design, fabricate and deliver from spatial design and storytelling through to build, talent, production, tech and measurement. This allowed us to push our ideas further, iterate faster and execute with meticulous detail. 2024/25 was our biggest year, on all fronts: 26% year-on-year profit increase, 23% growth in client billings, 20% increase in new business revenue, and 11 new clients. We grew one entertainment client from £0 to multi-million in under 12 months, proving our ability to scale relationships through creativity. Through it all, we maintained 88% staff retention through structured reviews, learning budgets, internal promotions (20% of the team) and paid internship pathways. Our year ended with two milestones: moving into our first owned HQ in Farringdon (a long way from renting two desks in a friend's office) and being acquired by Havas Play UK, giving us global reach without losing our culture or identity. We've come a long way, but we’re not done. Global reach, owned infrastructure, and the appetite to keep pushing what experience can be in 2026.
