Who can enter?

Entries are open to:

What are the entry fees?

Standard entry fee: £620+VAT

When is the entry deadline?

Standard deadline: Thursday 11 January 2024

When will the shortlist be announced?

The shortlist will be announced in late February 2024.

When is the award ceremony?

The award ceremony will take place on Wednesday 17 April 2024 at The Royal Lancaster.

THE ENTRY PROCESS

What is the eligibility period?

The eligibility period is 1st October 2022 - 31st December 2023 * 


Please note, if you previously entered the same piece of work into the 2023 awards (winners were announced in March 2023) it is not eligible to enter.

How do I enter?

  1. Select the categories you would like to enter by downloading the entry kit here

  2. Follow the enter now link to complete the online registration.

  3. Find your selected category and add to your basket. 

  4. Add in your key entry details. 

  5. Complete the entry questions keeping within the word limits.

  6. Upload your lead image and any other supporting material.

  7. Repeat steps 3 through 6 to make multiple entries. 

  8. Submit entry(ies) and make payment where applicable.

Can I edit an entry after it has been submitted?

Yes, you can edit your entries until the final deadline. 


To edit your entries, log into the entry portal and click 'Dashboard' > 'Awards' > 'Nominations' and make your changes.

How can I pay?

You can select to pay by credit card or invoice when registering in the entry portal.

THE JUDGING PROCESS

How can I nominate a judge?

Yes, you can nominate yourself or a colleague using the link here.

Will my entry be kept confidential?

Yes, your written entry will be kept confidential. However, the executive summary will be published on the awards website if you are to be shortlisted so should not include any confidential information. 


The case study and lead image may also be used at the awards ceremony and on the awards website.

Will I receive judges feedback?

Judges feedback will be shared upon request however we cannot guarantee feedback on all entries.
