Carina Filek

Carina Filek is Global COO of Elevate, the people powered staffing agency with offices in the UK, US, Germany, Austria and France where she focuses her time on business health and operational growth.   She is a relentless change-maker, that drives to inspire and support her teams through curious and compassionate leadership and mentoring. Leading and effecting tangible change across purpose initiatives in the business, and more broadly across the industry, is a key ambition for Carina, ensuring action and not just words.   Currently, Carina is a founding member of the Advisory Board for non-profit organisation Isla, which will see the next 12 months focus on strategy for cross-industry stakeholder engagement, direct action and alignment.  As a mentor, Carina supports The Girls' Network and Like Minded Females (LMF) network, empowering women to think differently about the roles they 'think' they should play in working environments. In 2021, Carina was responsible for leading and launching Elevate's inaugural mentoring programme which saw 92% of mentees report that they would encourage their co-workers to sign up to the programme.  Carina's expertise in experiential marketing and event staffing has enabled her to drive the business forward by expanding into new markets and building world-class teams. Carina has developed long-term, strategic partnerships and delivered successful global brand engagement campaigns for leading brands including Coca-Cola, Google and Meta and agencies Jack Morton, Octagon and Wasserman. She is passionate about the power of human connections.
