Rob Pryce, Director, onepointfive Rob Pryce is the Co-Founder of onepointfive, a creative agency delivering bold and unforgettable brand experiences for global clients across sectors, scales and styles. Since launching the agency over five years ago alongside Joel Barsch, Rob has overseen the day-to-day operations ‚ from creative concepting through to flawless production and delivery. His leadership has steered award-winning campaigns for global brands including Shopify, Bumble and Primark, with highlights ranging from a premium B2B programme for Shopify to Bumble's "House Party" campaign and the accessible launch of Primark's Adaptive collection. In 2025, onepointfive was named a Campaign Experience Awards winner. With more than 15 years of experience spanning global agencies and blue-chip brands, Rob began his career at Evoke (2010 - 2012), working on major consumer campaigns in the run-up to the 2012 Olympics for clients including Adidas and PlayStation. He then joined Momentum Worldwide, where he rose from Producer to Director of Experiential and Events (2012 - 2018), overseeing international B2B events and B2C campaigns for American Express, Premier League, Xbox and AB InBev. After leaving established agency life, Rob held senior leadership roles at independent agencies before founding onepointfive, where he has channelled his experience into building a business defined by creative bravery, operational rigour and long-term partnerships with clients. Sport has been a defining influence in Rob's life. A lifelong hockey player, he represented his country internationally and credits sport with shaping his leadership style - from teamwork and collaboration to clear communication and creating a culture that balances ambition with fun. Rob was awarded a sports scholarship at Loughborough University where he studied Geography. Originally from Canterbury, he now resides in East London, where he enjoys family life with his partner and two daughters and remains a loyal Spurs supporter "for his sins".
