Our focus on creativity, innovation and craft, alongside an awesome and diverse bunch of humans, makes us unbeatable - a team who grew by 200+ people in 2022. We’re lucky to get to work with the world’s most recognisable brands every day, growing by 30% [50% in EMEA] in the past 12 months. We make cool briefs come to life, but what’s cooler is that we put our people first and promise every day will be different than the previous in a good way. Speaking of different, we strive to make our organisation reflective of the world we live in. Diversity in all its forms makes us and our work better. In the past 18 months we’ve accelerated all initiatives, introducing flexibility at the core of our work/life balance approach. We appointed a senior associate to specifically champion DEIB efforts and added a Certified Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter to ensure long term improvement. We developed our teams with unconscious bias training and rolled out ‘Courageous Conversation Coaching’ sessions for all employees. We also appointed a global and local head of sustainability to ensure daily operations and the experiences we produce are planet friendly. We really love what we do. We take care of each other, as much as we take care of business.
