Esther Duran

Esther oversees strategy, design, and engineering as the Chief Experience, Design, and Product Officer at Zone, part of Cognizant. She is responsible for helping clients become more people-focused and purpose-driven by embracing sustainable, ethical, and responsible solutions in all facets, from strategy, research, and visual to product and service design. She has a strong passion for holistic design thinking and is dedicated to creating purpose and value-driven outcomes for her clients. For the past twenty years, she has been helping businesses and organisations innovate and transform digitally and culturally. Her love for changing people's lives through experience design has been with her since childhood. Esther enjoys solving usability and sustainability issues while creating meaningful products, services, and experiences for our community, society, and planet. Esther has been honoured with a D&AD pencil, a Global Mobile Award and Cannes Lions for her work around innovation, inclusive design, and tech. As the Innovation and Design Director at the Scott-Morgan Foundation, she works to democratise technology and help people with extreme disabilities communicate and thrive, even in the most challenging times. She also serves on BIMA's Sustainability Council and has just finished a Business Sustainability Management course at Cambridge University."
