At Old Billingsgate Market the first ever Ralph & Russo's Spring/Summer 2018 Ready-to-Wear (RTW) collection was launched. The strategic shift from the Haute-Couture House to the introduction of the RTW collection from Tamara Ralph and Michael Russo was specifically hosted in London because: "London being a cosmopolitan hub, we couldn't think of a better place to launch our first RTW offering" (Croft, 2017). On the 15th September 2017, the RTW collection was presented to a glamorous audience and the set telegraphed the brand's transition from fantasy couture to urban reality.
Setsquare was approached by INCA Productions 3 weeks before the project live date to ensure the required luxurious finishes for Ralph & Russo's bespoke runaway were achieved, reflecting the essence of the luxury brand. This set was to represent the transition from Haute-Couture to RTW items.
INCA created and designed a 360 fashion show where every single person had a unique viewpoint, but it had the added extra in its design and doubled the party space, as once the show was complete, guests were invited to step onto the set and be served drinks and canapés from luxury wandering bar trolleys. The models lingered by the lampposts, so potential clients could really get up close to the collection, and see it in all its glory. A totally original format produced in Setsquare's in-house facilities.
