Amplify and Jack Daniel's put a new twist on an iconic brand...
The first ever ‘Jack Daniel’s Presents...’ was a cultural catalyst, which connected familiar faces and first-time tasters with a brand new music platform. Fans saw The Vaccines take to the stage in a disused Victorian swimming baths, which also represented the first time the venue had been used for a gig. A night of music, drinks and BBQ inaugurated this series of unmissable events.
Although only 500 fans were lucky enough to attend the first Jack Presents, we reached loads more; 292k were reached through the band and influencers, 709k from out of home, 2m+ through a Dice partnership, 12.7m through media partnerships with Metro and Uniland and a further 161m million through earned media and PR.
From a secret location to chances to win tickets, suspense was built as the event sold out in just 15 minutes, reaching 1m+ on social and raising £7000 for Music Venue Trust. The challenge? To go even bigger and better next time.
So, following the success of the first instalment Jack Daniel’s Presents... returned with the massive Biffy Clyro headlining in Birmingham in October 2019. The 2,000 capacity gig sold out in 1 minute.
