We, Event Concept, design, produce and manage extraordinary, engaging experiences for our clients across the globe.
Uniquely, everything we do is created in-house with limited need to contract external suppliers. Our event team of 100+ employees, with a shared passion for delivering innovative events to the highest standard across the UK, include a unique mix of people with diverse skills ranging from designers, architects, carpenters, florists, techies, sales professionals, accountants and marketers – all working as one.
They are the backbone of our business, so we invest in them, providing regular training and development as well as a fun and flexible place to work. Everything we’re doing to grow, develop and motivate employees seems to be working – our staff engagement scores have never been so high.

2018 was a massive year for us.
The team smashed all commercial objectives in time for our 25th anniversary. They strategically focused on quality over quantity and worked tirelessly to produce innovative, outstanding experiences and events for our clients and their guests.
As a result, they’ve been instrumental to increasing our revenue by +17% to £13.1m, growing average client spend by +25% and increasing the number of jobs over £100k by 91%!
We’ve also seen an increase in new client wins, including big names like Mattel, Red Bull, and Booking.com, just to name a few.
So, in short, 2018 was an outstanding year for the events team and we believe now is their time to shine.
